Monterrey, N.L. (www.tecolotes2laredos.com / Juan Alanís) 20 de febrero de 2019.- La reciente inauguración del Salón de la Fama del Béisbol Mexicano en Monterrey representa la continuación de la historia que comenzó en marzo de 1973 en esta misma ciudad, cuando fue inaugurado en su primera etapa dentro de los terrenos de la Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma.
Este recinto, cuyo convenio para iniciar su construcción se firmó en noviembre del 2015 entre el C.P. Alfredo Harp Helú y autoridades del Gobierno de Nuevo León, cuenta con la biblioteca más grande de México referente al béisbol, espacios dedicados para su práctica, exhibiciones, objetos de valor histórico, así como las respectivas placas de jugadores, managers, directivos, umpires y cronistas ya entronizados.
Hoy, a más de 46 años de haber sido creado, la tradición continúa con la reciente apertura de dicho espacio, localizado en la misma ciudad pero en una ubicación aún más céntrica como lo es el Paseo Santa Lucía, dentro del Parque Fundidora.
Siendo de Nuevo Laredo o de los Dos Laredos, Tecolotes ha tenido peloteros, managers y directivos que han pasado por sus filas, y que además han recibido la máxima distinción dentro del béisbol mexicano.
A continuación, por orden de entronización, presentamos un listado de todos ellos quienes en algún momento de su carrera profesional vistieron la casaca emplumada o formaron parte de la organización:

Tecolotes in the Mexican Baseball Hall of Fame
Monterrey, N.L. (www.tecolotes2laredos.com / Juan Alanís) February 20, 2019.- The recent inauguration of the Mexican Baseball Hall of Fame in Monterrey represents the continuation of the story that began in March 1973 in this same city, when it was inaugurated in its first stage within the grounds of the Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma.
This site, which agreement to start construction was signed in November 2015 between C.P. Alfredo Harp Helú and authorities of the Government of Nuevo León, has the largest library in México regarding baseball, dedicated spaces for its practice, exhibitions, historical value objects, as well as the respective plaques of players, managers, executives, umpires and narrators already enthroned.
Today, more than 46 years after being created, the tradition continues with the recent opening of this space, located in the same city but in an even more central location, such as Paseo Santa Lucía, inside Parque Fundidora.
Being from Nuevo Laredo or Dos Laredos, Tecolotes has had players, managers and executives who have gone through their members, and who have also received the highest distinction in mexican baseball.
